COMMERCIAL KITCHEN HIRE- HOW IT WORKS
* Visit the kitchen for a guided tour. Set up an account. Book in for a half hour induction on all equipment then you are ready to go.
* Deliveries can be accepted before your arrival.
* You will be designated a cold prep space for you and your team, maximum 4 people per team.
* You are responsible for your own team and thorough clean down of areas and equipment used.
* Registered address for environmental health. Appointment only.
* Limited availability from £1000.00 plus vat per month all bills included.
* Own insurance required.
* Deposit £1000.00 plus vat
* Payment upfront for the month ahead.*
Cancellation 2 months notice
* Access to prep space, cooking line, walk in fridge, walk in freezer, dry store, light equipment storage.
* Deposit £250.00
* Cold prep space no cooking facility £25.00 plus VAT per hour
* Cold prep space with access to cooking facilities £35.00 plus VAT per hour
* Day rate (8 hours with access to cooking facilities and fridge/freezer space) £175 plus VAT
