Run by Alex Cody, Run To Fitness is a running coaching, training and advice service. If you want to get into running, run a charity race or improve your current running performance, he is available to help, every step of the way.

Alex provides one on one bespoke coaching to help you reach your running potential. He provides professional advice but more than anything else, is a friendly and motivating running partner so you enjoy your running experience and achieve your goals. He strongly believes that training should be accessible and affordable and this is reflected in the packages offered.
