The Busy Woman’s Fitness Project is the only female run, women only outdoor fitness boot camp and personal training service in the Manchester, Stockport and Cheshire area.

Services available include One to One Personal Training, Women Only Outdoor Bootcamp, Online Personal Training, 30 Day Kick Start Plan, One to One Nutrition Coaching and Supermarket Shopping Trips.

The Fitness Project isn’t your average ‘run of the mill exercise class’. It’s an entire lifestyle package which includes progressively challenging outdoor group workouts, nut itional plans, motivational emails, regular recipes and ongoing support to help you become the fittest, healthiest version of yourself.

The Fitness Project in Heaton Moor runs 3 times a week and over 4 week blocks:

Monday : 6.15am - 7.00am or 9.15am - 10.00am

Wednesday : 6.15am - 7.00am or 9.15am - 10.00am

Friday :​ 6.15am - 7.00am or 9.15am - 10.00am.

If you prefer to train alone or are looking to train for a specific goal then one to one personal training service may be your preferred option. Designed to be progressive and challenging, your personal training package will take you through all facets of fitness development, ensuring you are fitter, leaner, stronger, and healthier.
