* Didsbury Hatha Yoga classes (all levels) every Tuesday, at Didsbury United Reform Church from 6.15pm - 7.15pm. These classes will be £6.50 each or a card of 5 classes for £30.00. Booking is essential. Visit

* Private lessons are also available which can be for up to 4 people - perfect for anyone who doesn't want to come to a public class or just wants to treat themselves.

Yoga is therefore a perfect solution for our modern, stressful lifestyles.

Jessica Francis - Yoga129 - teaches hatha yoga which is perfect for beginners, but also very suitable for the more experienced student. This classic style of yoga allows the creation of a healthy mind-body connection and you will leave the classes feeling relaxed and refreshed while building strength, stamina and flexibility.

Yoga is fantastic for everyone; regardless of age, gender or fitness level. It’s a way to take some much needed down time for yourself every week, get away from the technology and stress that might be crowding your life and build up physical and mental fitness. Best of all, yoga just makes you happier. If you are nervous about joining a public class or have a specific injury or reason you would prefer private sessions, Jessica can offer private yoga sessions.

Public classes are open to anyone, regardless of how familiar you are with yoga. Everyone is welcome from complete beginners to the more experienced. Mats are provided at all classes but you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer. Just wear comfy clothes, suitable for exercising and bring layers as you will want to be warmer during relaxation, cooler during the more active part of the class. Yoga is done bare foot.
